At TEAMM8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless it is faulty or remains in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
